Every member of the DPI team was amazing. They really worked around our schedule. Bryan went out of his way to help prep our house for the solar install which was amazing. Then the installation crew got our install completed quickly and professionally. Then Erik met with me to go over the system. Our schedules kept changing so it was very helpful that DPI was so accommodating. Great quality of work, amazing company, and wonderful experience.

​This is my second go with solar and the difference between DPI and the folks I used last time is leagues different. DPI was, and remains, completely professional and competent taking time to really explain what is and would be happening through process as well as really honestly educating people about what one can expect and how things actually work. Not just a superficial sales pitch, like, “get this system and never pay for electricity again” kind of rhetoric. They will truly help you decide whether a system is right for you and what size system would be the best bang for buck. I can say that 4 months in - well, put it like this - in my all electric house (no natural gas) pre solar I was looking at a February electric bill north of $400. Last month was $12. So, you be the judge. Furthermore, they won’t ghost you after the sale like my last experience, they continue to respond, answer questions and monitor the health of my system as they do for all of their clients.

DPI presented the best thought out proposal for our site. Rather than just accept the computer generated design, Josh tinkered and twisted, and came up with a much better option for our roof. He was very knowledgeable about the different panels that were available, and gave us specific reasons for his choice. The installation was flawless! The team was a well-oiled machine that really knew their stuff. Our home was respected and was left even more clean and tidy than when they arrived. After installation we had a session with Erik to learn the ins and outs of the system. Follow up questions have been quickly and thoroughly answered. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

We hired DPI Solar 2 years ago to design and install a large system on our winery roof. They took care of permits and assisted us with getting setup with PGE. The system has worked great ever since. This past week we had a fuse blow and the system went down. DPI came out the same day that I notified them and were up and running again.

We started our search for a solar company with Energy Trust of Oregon. They provide the names of 3 contractors. We interviewed all three and chose DPI Solar because:
- Josh took the time to educate us and help us understand solar and how it could benefit us, including cost and cost recovery. We felt very comfortable with our decision
- The team from DPI from installers to customer support has been great. The project was completed promptly, even working with PGE to get our two-way meter installed and tested.
- After installation, when questions came up, they were quickly answered.

My wife and I had a Solar Power System installed by DPI Solar in 2016. We have been very pleased with the quality and operation. We contacted Josh Kopczynski at DPI in order to discuss a potential installation of a Battery Back Up System and/or possible increase on solar cells. I can say, without exception, that Josh's in-depth and understandable explanations on the options were the best demonstration in customer service in memory. We are now in process of making our decision with a much more complete understanding of how Solar systems work and what the real options are for our home. We very genuinely impressed and will continue to recommend DPI Solar to friends and family.
